  Very rude Assitant Manager as I receipt for one item and not the second. The associate Ashley helping me had told me I would receive a cash refund. The manager name was Shainalyn or something like that. She proceeded to tell me well she was Ashley boss and they would have to send a check. There is no return policy posted. I rarely shop here the managers lack of professionalism as she tells me she will give me the cash and take the loss. It was a big I little me attitude at the Lake Wales FLORIDA store. Hope she gets additional management training soon.
